Responsibilities
- Design scalable and resilient architectures and document technical decisions.
- Guarantee project delivery speed, code quality, and effective development standards.
- Define specifications, quality strategies, automated tests, code reviews, and structured delivery practices.
- Act as the technical partner for clients, explain technical choices, and participate in project routines.
- Create effective team working conditions and problem-solving feedback loops.
- Coach and develop software engineers through pair programming, code reviews, training, and technical guidance.
- Help project teams use LLMs and AI agents to improve daily productivity.
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of experience in software development.
- Strong command of web architectures across frontend, backend, databases, infrastructure, and deployment.
- Experience with DevOps practices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Ability to design scalable architectures, make appropriate technical decisions, and maintain a high level of code quality.
- Experience coaching and supporting developers while remaining hands-on with technology.
- Ability to create value and understand clients' business challenges.
