Responsibilities
- Lead optimization of existing bidding strategies.
- Design and deliver new bidding strategies end-to-end into production.
- Analyze complex dynamics and closed-loop feedback effects.
- Partner with engineering teams to deliver robust, scalable algorithmic systems.
- Lead and develop algorithm engineers.
- Use agent-based coding tools to accelerate development, experimentation, and code quality.
Requirements
- MSc or PhD-level academic training in applied mathematics, optimization, control theory, or a related quantitative field.
- 6+ years of algorithmic problem-solving experience.
- 2+ years of managerial or technical leadership experience.
- Production-grade algorithm engineering experience.
- Experience driving measurable business impact through algorithmic improvements.
- Experience interfacing effectively with engineering teams to deliver complex algorithms into production.
- Bonus: experience with real-time bidding or auction theory.
