Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise customers to design, build, and implement cloud adoption, migration, modernization, and new workload solutions.
- Build prototypes, proofs of concept, and production-ready architectures hands-on with customer and partner teams.
- Guide customers through efficient and secure cloud migrations.
- Help customers explore AI and emerging technologies for applications, operations, and customer experiences.
- Present complex technical information to executives and non-technical leaders.
- Share knowledge through workshops, technical content, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with AWS specialists and customer teams to validate architecture, troubleshoot challenges, and align solutions with business goals.
Requirements
- Experience in one or more technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data, or analytics.
- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and design considerations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical information clearly to executives and non-technical leaders.
- Knowledge of machine learning and LLM fundamentals, including transformer architecture, training and inference lifecycles, and optimization techniques.
- Programming or scripting and coding experience with technologies such as C, C++, C#, Node.js, Java, Python, PHP, or Ruby.
- Fluency in spoken, written, and read English and ability to take direction in English.
- Preferred experience across application development, databases, infrastructure, networking, and/or security.
- Preferred hands-on experience with AWS services and AWS AI/ML services.
- AWS certifications or contributions to the technical community through speaking, writing, or open source are preferred.
- AI/ML certifications such as AWS Certified AI Practitioner, or equivalent certifications from other cloud providers, are preferred.
