MDM Technical Architect (Remote)

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver Veeva Network MDM architectures covering data modeling, integration, governance, and data quality.
- Own enterprise client project delivery from initial scoping through deployment and post-go-live support.
- Capture stakeholder requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Create technical documentation including data models, architecture diagrams, and integration specifications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and implementation partners.
- Support change management activities that promote MDM best practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve service quality and delivery frameworks.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in MDM, data integration, and data governance within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong consulting background with experience architecting and implementing MDM solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Veeva Network, Informatica MDM, Reltio, or similar platforms.
- Deep expertise in data modeling, data quality, SOAP/REST integration technologies, and data governance methodologies.
- Familiarity with CRM ecosystems and customer, HCP/HCO, and product data domains.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills for technical and business audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Consumer Health sectors is preferred.
- Familiarity with OpenData and third-party reference data integration is preferred.
- CRM or MDM software vendor certification is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with data warehousing concepts, SQL, ETL tools, or web services technologies is preferred.
- Exposure to integration frameworks, user authentication methods, or batch data processes is preferred.
- Additional European language skills are preferred.
