Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, reliable distributed infrastructure and shared libraries for high-volume workloads.
- Own and evolve build environments, package management, and dependency systems for fast, reproducible builds.
- Define and implement language ecosystem standards, tooling, and frameworks to enhance developer productivity.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a Software Engineer role, focusing on large-scale developer infrastructure.
- 1+ years of experience leading complex projects or teams.
- Deep experience with build systems, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tooling in a monorepo environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, and/or Go.
- Experience with container orchestration and infrastructure at scale.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for improving development experiences.
