Base Salary
$82k - $172k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement machine learning algorithms as part of a small interdisciplinary team.
- Analyze large multi-domain datasets, including images, text, time series, and graph data.
- Review and apply cutting-edge research publications.
- Create technical documentation and user guides.
- Understand AI/ML training and deployment pipelines, including AWS services.
- Provide training and mentoring to team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in machine learning, computer science, mathematics, or a related field is required.
- 5+ years of AI/ML development experience is required.
- Proficiency with Python and ML libraries such as PyTorch, Lightning, OpenCV, NumPy, and Polars is required.
- Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning and deep learning architectures is required.
- Experience contributing to a team using version control such as Git, GitLab, or Bitbucket is required.
- Must be willing to obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI U.S. Government security clearance before the start date.
- Preferred qualifications include an MS or PhD, active TS/SCI clearance, interdisciplinary team leadership, LLMs, Transformers, YOLO, GANs, reinforcement learning, MCP, Microsoft Agent Framework, Hugging Face, LangChain, Linux, AWS, CUDA, CuPy, Numba, CuSignal, CuDF, application deployment, virtualization, containerization, Podman, Docker, Kubernetes, and Rancher.
