Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and deliver innovative data solutions.
Mentor and grow junior engineering talent.
Design, build, and maintain GenAI data pipelines across the business.
Partner with data architects and senior engineers on scalable and sustainable technical designs.
Work with analytics, application development, and data science teams to drive collaboration and innovation.
Lead onboarding of new business lines to GenAI workflows.
Build and maintain scalable, reliable APIs for other services and applications.
Optimize existing code and data-processing workflows, including parallel execution with containerization technologies.
Contribute to data platform and application architecture.
Participate in code reviews and maintain development and code-management standards.
Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot end-to-end engineering pipelines.

At least 7 years of professional software development experience.
Strong proficiency in at least one high-level programming language, including Python, TypeScript, Java, or JavaScript/React.
Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Experience designing, developing, and implementing data-processing pipelines in Palantir Foundry.
Experience with testing frameworks such as pytest or unittest.
Understanding of containerization and compute optimization.
Experience building scalable and reliable APIs.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and end-to-end engineering pipeline monitoring and troubleshooting.
Prior experience leading teams of engineers.
Strong TypeScript experience and Palantir Foundry experience are preferred but not required.
Experience collaborating with internal and external teams on data engineering solutions is valued.
Experience or interest in AI and Generative AI technologies and financial services or insurance data challenges is valued.
