Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain resilient and scalable Python backend systems.
- Own substantial portions of backend infrastructure, including distributed computation for “solves,” developer bot environments, and Customer Knowledge Management systems.
- Prototype solutions, bring them to a functional state, and refine them for enterprise deployment.
- Iterate on features and drive initiatives to completion independently and collaboratively.
- Serve as a technical lead on projects and contribute to engineering culture.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of software engineering experience.
- Ability to independently architect large, complex systems.
- Strong backend development background, particularly with complex stateful systems.
- Profound Python and/or data-processing experience.
- Proven track record as a prolific developer and effective collaborator.
- Ability to identify and solve problems independently without supervision.
- Previous AI experience is advantageous but not required.
