Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications or tooling for cloud support.
- Write and review detailed technical design documents.
- Monitor and enhance the performance of applications and services.
- Partner with technical leads to build reliable and scalable features.
- Analyze customer and agent issues and advocate for their needs with cross-functional teams.
- Interact with global stakeholders to identify pain points and devise technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, math, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience in software development.
- Six years of experience in full-stack software development and system design.
- Programming experience in Java, Python, Go, or TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Fluent English communication skills to support client relationship management in the region.
- Preferred experience with test frameworks, CRMs, billing systems, software-development project management, and task prioritization.
- Preferred proficiency in machine learning, data analysis, and data science.
- Preferred familiarity with SQL, NoSQL, log analysis, protocol buffers, and MapReduce.
- Ability to work across front-end, back-end, and integrations.

- Canada base pay is CAD 166000–170000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
