Responsibilities
- Define and drive enterprise-scale AI-first delivery strategies aligned with customer business priorities.
- Lead end-to-end technical accountability for mission-critical, multiprogram engagements and high-risk escalations.
- Set architecture standards and technical guardrails across data, AI, platform, and engineering disciplines.
- Ensure performance, security, observability, reliability, compliance, responsible AI, and production readiness.
- Shape architecture visions, reference architectures, reusable assets, accelerators, and transformation roadmaps.
- Advise executive customer stakeholders and guide tradeoffs involving cost, risk, performance, compliance, and speed to value.
- Lead executive-level solutioning for complex deals, renewals, and strategic pursuits.
- Mentor senior architects and engineering leaders and lead global architecture communities.
Requirements
- 22+ years of experience in software, data, and platform engineering, including 15+ years in enterprise architecture and technical leadership.
- Proven success influencing and delivering transformation outcomes at the CXO level.
- Deep expertise in modern delivery methodologies and go-to-market acceleration models.
- Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder influence, strategic decision-making, and technical leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced certifications are preferred.
