Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, test, and update clinical trials for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to create accurate and functional clinical trials.
- Document study requirements, changes, project tasks, and timelines.
- Execute mid-study change requests and maintain study fixes through escalation processes.
- Troubleshoot technical incidents escalated from Customer Care and Clinical Development.
- Map requirements and data, create reports using SQL queries, and support clinical trial workflows.
- Estimate and assign project tasks to manage team workload.
- Provide technical leadership, management oversight, and training to Clinical Trial Developers.
- Develop software in compliance with applicable industry regulations, including 21 CFR Part 11.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or related work experience.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience with DHTML, including HTML and JavaScript.
- High-level understanding of SQL and IIS.
- Solid project management, leadership, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of clinical trial design and setup.
- Understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines for conducting clinical trials.
- Proficiency in Anju Software clinical products or ability to learn them quickly.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations and/or experience in the life sciences industry is preferred.
