Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reusable ML and AI templates and building blocks for platform customers.
- Integrate, deploy, manage, monitor, and maintain ML and AI models and systems on the platform.
- Provide technical guidance and L3 support to development teams, enabling them to become self-sufficient.
- Collaborate with the Data and AI Platform Architect and AI CoE to enhance platform capabilities and share best practices.
- Ensure ML and AI solutions meet security, compliance, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Optimize ML and AI performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Integrate platform capabilities with Azure cloud resources, external data sources, applications, and SaaS services.
- Conduct periodic reviews and assessments and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of practical experience developing, deploying, and managing ML and AI solutions at scale on Databricks.
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning principles, technologies, tools, and processes.
- Expert-level skills in Databricks, Azure, Terraform, Spark, Python, and SQL.
- Diploma in computer science or a similar field.
- Very good understanding of data architecture and data engineering.
- Strong analytical, planning, organizational, communication, documentation, and knowledge-sharing skills.
- Professional English communication skills.
- Financial-industry or asset-management experience is preferred.
- International work experience is preferred.
- Hands-on Microsoft Foundry exposure or strong willingness to develop expertise is preferred.
- Databricks Certified Machine Learning Professional certification is preferred.
- Databricks Certified Generative AI Engineer Associate certification is preferred.
