Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on developer sessions, integration walkthroughs, partner workshops, technical presentations, live demos, coding sessions, webinars, and training.
- Provide technical guidance for custom integration scenarios and self-service implementations, resolving partner integration challenges.
- Create and maintain integration guides, tutorials, sample code, demo projects, reference implementations, API usage examples, and recorded technical resources.
- Deliver lighthouse integration cases and package successful integrations as reusable templates and examples.
- Represent Xsolla at industry events, conferences, meetups, partner visits, and training events.
- Collect developer feedback and recommend improvements to SDKs, APIs, documentation, and integration processes.
- Track integrations supported, resource engagement, and conversion from technical enablement to live integrations.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Developer Advocacy, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Evangelism, ideally in the game industry.
- Strong technical skills in game development and integrations, including Unity, Unreal, backend APIs, and payment systems.
- Experience delivering hands-on technical training, demonstrations, and workshops.
- Strong problem-solving, customer-focused, public-speaking, and technical presentation skills.
- Fluent English communication and willingness to travel for partner visits, conferences, and training events.
- Fluency in Korean or Japanese is preferred.
