Responsibilities
- Develop robust and maintainable software using software development practices and standards.
- Participate in all parts of the software development process.
- Design, implement, and deploy scalable AI solutions for clients across industries.
- Guide non-technical teams and consultants on robust software development practices.
- Optimize the computational efficiency of algorithms and software designs.
- Collaborate directly with clients on new features for future product releases.
- Contribute thought leadership, scientific papers, and conferences on behalf of BCG X.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD degree program in Computer Research Science, Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field.
- Experience or capability in software development, large-scale data analytics, and AI solution development is sought, although no numeric experience requirement is stated.
- Ability to work with the listed programming, machine learning, data-processing, cloud, deployment, visualization, and development tools.
- Client collaboration, problem-solving, intellectual curiosity, and teamwork across industries are expected.
