Responsibilities
- Execute technical solutions for engineering tasks within defined projects.
- Participate in problem-solving initiatives and contribute to solution finding under senior-engineer guidance.
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, presentations, and other documentation.
- Apply existing design standards and Valeo engineering guidelines.
- Adopt digital tools and processes from the discipline’s Digitalization Roadmap.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, innovative solutions, and identification of potentially patentable inventions.
- Communicate and collaborate with engineers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and onboarding support to junior engineers.
- Demonstrate budget awareness and optimize resource utilization within the assigned scope.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain technical skills and knowledge within the relevant engineering discipline.
- Apply existing design standards effectively.
- Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with engineering teams.
- Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and innovative thinking.
- Develop awareness of intellectual property protection.
- Use standard engineering methodologies such as QRQC to analyze issues.
