Base Salary
$115k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead improvements to the end-to-end simulation release process and release-readiness criteria.
- Define and drive simulation-wide quality and test strategies, including automated validation and early-signal integration.
- Improve the performance, stability, reliability, and throughput of simulation frameworks and core tooling.
- Enhance simulation exit codes, error attribution, debugging workflows, monitoring, and operational signals.
- Establish incident-management practices that improve resilience, recovery time, and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with simulation feature teams, infrastructure groups, and platform stakeholders on systemic quality and scaling improvements.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and/or C++.
- Experience with build and release management, including CI/CD.
- Strong software architecture skills and experience building distributed systems.
- Experience supporting production systems and optimizing performance.
- Experience with release management systems and integration or regression testing.
- Strong hands-on coding and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with incident management.
