Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Lead development and implementation of architectural strategies aligned with business goals.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Design data models and database structures within Salesforce environments.
- Collaborate with multiple technical and business teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems spanning multiple teams and facilitate technical-business communication.
- Optimize and troubleshoot Salesforce applications.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, manage team performance, and make team decisions.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based application design and integration patterns.
- Experience with data modeling and database design within Salesforce environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop scalable technical solutions.
- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards in software architecture.
- Skill in performance optimization and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications.
- 15 years of full-time education.
