Scientific Data Engineer building reusable Python libraries, data models, and reproducible pipelines for imaging, ultrasound, and other experimental data. The role partners closely with scientists to turn evolving research questions into validated, scalable software and analytical systems.
Build the ML infrastructure and deployment systems that enable computational scientists to develop models for brain-computer interfaces, molecular design, neuroscience, and computer vision. This highly leveraged role owns experiment tracking, distributed training, orchestration, and production ML workflows.
Build the SDK and orchestration layer that controls Merge Labs’ custom neuroscience instruments and enables scientists to run safe, reproducible experiments. You’ll work across real-time device control, elegant APIs, hardware integration, and high-throughput data acquisition.
