Ultra is hiring a Senior Software Infrastructure Engineer to own its data infrastructure, information security architecture, and authentication and authorization foundations. This in-person NYC role will build scalable, compliant systems that securely enable AI tooling and enterprise growth.

Build end-to-end software products and internal tools that connect OP-1 robots with customer warehouse systems. This full-stack Product Engineer role spans customer UX, operations tooling, deployment, and occasional robot or mobile development.

Own firmware and embedded systems for robots operating in labs and customer sites, diagnosing difficult hardware/software failures and shipping reliable fixes. This in-person NYC role spans low-level debugging, Linux performance, safety systems, device interfaces, and hardware health monitoring.

Senior Machine Learning Engineer responsible for building the data and ML infrastructure that enables robotic systems to train on petabytes of multimodal data. The role combines large-scale data engineering, distributed training, and high-performance systems work in an in-person NYC environment.
