Base Salary

$160k - $225k/yr

Responsibilities

Build, deliver, and maintain full-stack functionality for product areas with the strongest business needs.
Own product areas and help maximize customer value through practical engineering solutions.
Develop web products used by thousands of users and contribute across complex data models.
Design and optimize relational database schemas and queries in collaboration with teammates.
Use cloud services, real-time event streaming, caching solutions, and modern AI development tools.
Translate high-level business goals into shipped engineering solutions and proactively own tasks and deliverables.

Strong full-stack web development skills and experience working on products used by at least thousands of users.
Current expertise in C#/.NET or another statically typed language such as Java, Scala, or Kotlin.
Current proficiency with React state management.
Hands-on experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
Familiarity with cloud environments and services, preferably AWS, as well as Kafka and Redis.
Proficiency with modern AI development tools in a professional environment.
Ability to navigate and contribute to complex data models and work autonomously in an early-stage startup.
Willingness to occasionally work beyond standard hours for mission-critical work and travel to U.S. offsites at least twice yearly.
