Responsibilities
- Drive architectural decisions for long-term stability in a fast-growing banking platform.
- Contribute approximately 70% of your time to coding and 30% to mentoring and collaboration.
- Lead the development of complex initiatives by effectively sequencing work.
- Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices.

Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience in fast-paced, production SaaS environments.
- Ability to thrive in high-velocity environments and make decisions under pressure.
- Strong understanding of trade-offs between quality and speed in architecture.
- Deep expertise in modern programming languages and web application frameworks.
- Experience in regulated industries like Fintech or Healthcare is a plus.
