Responsibilities
- Define multi-agent orchestration patterns, tool-use strategies, LLM grounding approaches, and autonomous workflows for S/4HANA processes.
- Establish reusable reference architectures and golden paths for BTP extensions integrating S/4HANA, SAP AI Core, SAP Integration Suite, and public cloud services.
- Lead customer engagements from discovery and scoping through proof-of-concept delivery and production rollout.
- Set engineering guardrails, observability standards, CI/CD practices, and responsible AI guidelines.
- Translate S/4HANA Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing processes into measurable agentic AI use cases.
- Conduct architecture reviews, mentor engineers, elevate technical quality, and influence SAP product and AI Core communities.
- Engage customer architects, executives, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams as the primary technical authority.
Requirements
- Demonstrated technical leadership in architecture decisions, engineering standards, and technical direction across cross-functional teams.
- Solid knowledge of at least two S/4HANA areas, including Finance/FI-CO, Procurement/MM, Supply Chain/SD/WM, or Manufacturing/PP.
- Production experience with SAP BTP, CAP, SAP AI Core, SAP AI Launchpad, Joule, SAP Integration Suite, and BTP extension patterns.
- Hands-on experience designing and building production agentic AI systems using multi-agent orchestration, LLM-backed workflows, RAG, GraphRAG, semantic retrieval, context engineering, knowledge graphs, vector databases, tool calling, MCP patterns, and agent evaluation frameworks.
- Extensive software engineering and enterprise architecture experience, including customer-facing delivery in complex SAP landscapes.
- Cloud-native experience with Kubernetes, Docker, infrastructure as code, cloud security architecture, observability stacks, and at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Expertise in AI output quality assurance, evaluation practices, and responsible AI.
- Fluent Portuguese and professional English and Spanish.
- Preferred qualifications include patents, publications, conference presentations, open-source contributions, reusable platform or framework development, regulated-industry experience, and enterprise governance familiarity.
