Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS UI applications for NavVis mobile mapping devices.
- Develop Python and C++ backend software for sensor integration, communication, and data visualization on Linux-based x86 and arm64 devices.
- Design and build client-server architecture connecting robotics computations with interactive web interfaces.
- Collaborate with UI and UX designers to shape the mobile mapping experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience, including hands-on web application development.
- Strong experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, and testing frameworks such as Playwright or Cypress.
- Strong Python skills and solid knowledge of Linux systems, terminal tools, and system-level debugging.
- Experience with C++, Java, or a similar statically typed, object-oriented language.
- Exposure to robotics, handheld or embedded devices, or sensor systems such as LiDAR, cameras, or IMUs is beneficial.
