Responsibilities
- Define and deliver agentic AI-powered modern workplace solutions using Copilot Studio agents, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, actions, and connectors.
- Advise on, configure, and expand Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio scenarios across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Advise on data governance, compliance, security frameworks, and technical prerequisites for productive Copilot deployments.
- Develop and configure Power Platform solutions and support governance-related preparation.
- Automate business processes and customer requirements in complex enterprise environments using low-code, pro-code, and vibe-code approaches.
- Define value cases and derive risks and KPIs for agentic AI solutions.
- Build, configure, and operate agents, flows, and apps in customer and team environments.
Requirements
- Completed IT vocational training or a comparable degree with professional IT experience.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
- Knowledge of PowerShell, Graph API, connectors, and the Microsoft 365 admin portal.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 DLP and compliance is desirable.
- Technical and consulting affinity combined with strong business understanding and the ability to define value cases and derive risks and KPIs.
- Hands-on interest in building, configuring, and operating agents, flows, and apps.
- Fluent German and English language skills, with English at minimum C1 level.
