Responsibilities
- Define and deploy agentic AI-enabled Modern Workplace solutions using Copilot Studio agents, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, actions, and connectors.
- Advise customers, configure and extend Copilot and Copilot Studio scenarios across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Advise on data governance, compliance, security frameworks, and technical prerequisites for Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio adoption.
- Develop and configure Power Platform solutions and support governance preparation.
- Automate business processes and customer requirements in complex enterprise environments using low-code, pro-code, and vibe-code approaches.
- Build, configure, operate, and continuously improve agents, flows, and apps in a diverse team.
- Define value cases and derive risks and KPIs for agentic AI solutions.
Requirements
- Completed IT vocational training or a comparable degree with professional IT experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
- Knowledge of PowerShell, Graph API, connectors, and the Microsoft 365 Admin Portal.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 DLP and compliance is desirable.
- Technical and consulting affinity combined with strong business understanding.
- Hands-on enthusiasm for building and configuring agents, flows, and apps.
- Fluent German and English, with English proficiency of at least C1.
