Responsibilities
- Lead customer technical validation processes through presentations, demonstrations, technical deep dives, and workshops.
- Deliver discovery, analysis, design, and Red Hat Ansible workshops for technical and non-technical customer teams.
- Scope evaluations and guide customers through proofs of concept and pilot deployments.
- Architect solutions aligned with customer business needs and advocate for customers across internal teams.
- Collaborate with Product Engineering, Professional Services, Support, and Sales to deliver a strong customer experience.
- Develop repeatable methodologies and tools that scale services capabilities and reduce delivery risk.
- Contribute to automation communities through white papers, webinars, code contributions, and industry speaking engagements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working in automation.
- 3–5 years of experience in a developer, solution architect, enterprise architect, or consulting delivery role focused on automation.
- Advanced knowledge of Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform and demonstrable experience automating infrastructure, networking, especially Cisco environments, and security solutions.
- Experience architecting and implementing automation solutions using tools such as Puppet, Chef, SaltStack, and Terraform.
- Good knowledge of UNIX or Linux systems, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Red Hat Satellite, and related technologies.
- Proven ability to build relationships with engineering, commercial, and executive stakeholders in large enterprise IT organizations.
- Ability to orchestrate proofs of concept from initiation through business closure.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Red Hat certifications such as Red Hat Certified Engineer, Red Hat Certified Specialist in Managing Automation with Ansible Automation Platform, or Red Hat Certified Architect are highly desirable.
- A degree in Computing and/or Engineering is desirable.
