Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and implement AI and GenAI solutions for concrete business needs.
- Experiment with LLMs, RAG architectures, and agent-based solutions.
- Integrate AI models with data, APIs, and existing production systems.
- Contribute to AI architecture, quality, evaluation, scalability, and responsible AI practices.
- Advise customers on technically maturing and scaling AI tools and solutions.
- Bridge business needs and technical solutions in multidisciplinary customer projects.
- Share knowledge and explain complex technical topics clearly to technical and non-technical colleagues and customers.
Requirements
- Professional experience in AI, data science, or software development.
- Strong technical understanding and willingness to build, test, and improve solutions.
- Programming experience in a relevant language.
- Knowledge of modern AI technologies such as LLMs, GenAI, RAG, or ML pipelines.
- Experience with or interest in integrating models with data, APIs, and production environments.
- Ability to collaborate across disciplines and communicate technical solutions clearly.
- Relevant higher education in areas such as data science, IT, engineering, or natural sciences.
- Experience with end-to-end AI prototypes and vector database integration is advantageous.
- Experience with React or comparable frontend prototyping technologies is advantageous.
- Experience developing AI and agent-based solutions in Python using frameworks such as LangChain is advantageous.
- Experience with AI evaluation and observability tools such as RAGAS is advantageous.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude Code, cloud environments, DevOps, MLOps, LLMOps, or consulting is advantageous.
