Responsibilities
- Own technical Salesforce deliveries and provide continuous feedback to project plans while working with technical teams and program managers.
- Coordinate with functional, technical, and other stakeholders.
- Review and co-own technical architectures, specifications, integration plans, and implementation approaches.
- Translate user stories into feasible Salesforce solutions, particularly using out-of-the-box features.
- Manage technical resources, provide technical specifications, oversee code reviews, and enforce development standards.
- Mentor junior team members in Salesforce, Force.com, integration technologies, and Salesforce best practices.
- Implement CI/CD and manage software releases.
Requirements
- B.E., B.Tech, MCA, or an equivalent listed degree background in computer engineering, computer science, information technology, or software engineering.
- Relevant experience with Salesforce, including administration, VSF, and APX.
- Expertise developing applications on the Salesforce Platform.
- Strong knowledge of Lightning, LWC, Aura, Apex, and Lightning components.
- Strong HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills.
- Hands-on experience with Apex Data Loader and middleware technologies.
- Experience building SOAP- and REST-enabled server-to-server web services.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning and Angular.
- Object-oriented programming skills; Java knowledge is desirable.
- Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration with back-end systems such as Oracle EBS and SAP.
- Programming ability in one or more of Java, Oracle PL/SQL, and JavaScript.
- Experience with source control and continuous integration.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude, Codex, Azure OpenAI, and prompt engineering in the SDLC.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- English proficiency at the advanced C1 level is required.
