Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design, implementation, validation, and delivery of scalable product features across backend and frontend layers.
- Develop Java-based backend applications and REST API services using Spring and Spring Boot.
- Build and integrate responsive web applications using React or Angular and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Provide technical leadership through design direction, code reviews, implementation guidance, and mentoring of junior engineers.
- Own cloud-native application deployments and chart definitions, including Kubernetes-based applications.
- Ensure technical quality, unit-test coverage, development-process compliance, and identification of security vulnerabilities.
- Support customer-escalated issues and contribute to innovation through PoCs and continuous technical improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communication, or a related discipline.
- At least 7 years of application development experience, including strong hands-on Java full-stack development.
- Strong experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, backend application design, and REST API-based services.
- Mandatory frontend experience with React or Angular, TypeScript or JavaScript, UI architecture, and backend integration.
- Knowledge of data structures, object-oriented programming, SOLID design principles, and common design patterns.
- Experience with a cloud stack such as GCP or AWS and exposure to Kubernetes-based applications.
- Good exposure to relational databases such as MSSQL or MySQL.
- Technology-agnostic and adaptable approach with the ability to work across languages, frameworks, and platforms.
- Experience with Python or Node.js, unit testing, BDD automation frameworks, and Docker is advantageous.
