Responsibilities
- Deliver large projects that introduce new product capabilities.
- Break down complex problems into manageable tasks for predictable delivery.
- Collaborate with the team to roadmap and execute technical strategies.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide thoughtful code reviews.
- Integrate AI technologies to enhance product features.
- Improve maintainability, availability, and performance of features.
- Communicate technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience with at least one programming language.
- 2+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle.
- Experience delivering large software projects in a production environment.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language.
