Responsibilities
- Own the technical plumbing from product usage to pipeline management.
- Activate downstream signals by integrating Salesforce data with outreach tools.
- Design and manage pipeline workflows in Salesforce.
- Build systems for smooth post-sale handoffs between teams.
- Create in-Salesforce experiences to guide reps on next steps.
- Develop automations using Python and tools like Zapier.
- Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose improvements.
- Maintain and automate key reporting infrastructure for performance metrics.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance reporting and analysis efficiency.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a GTM Engineer, RevOps engineer, or Salesforce developer role at a B2B SaaS company.
- Proficient in Python and REST APIs for building integrations.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data models, flows, and custom fields.
- Experience activating signals from internal product usage and external intent sources.
- Familiarity with outbound tooling and automation tools.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for coding and analysis.
- Understanding of B2B SaaS sales workflows and processes.
- A bias towards shipping and iterating quickly.
