Responsibilities
- Develop AI and GenAI applications for life-sciences processes.
- Develop chatbot and voicebot solutions, AI agents, and automated workflows.
- Perform prompt engineering and integrate large language models.
- Automate customer-service and support processes.
- Integrate AI solutions into existing enterprise systems.
- Connect data sources through APIs and interfaces.
- Develop and evaluate new AI use cases.
- Support prototypes and proof-of-concepts.
- Collaborate with teams in customer service, supply chain, quality, manufacturing, regulatory, and IT.
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, data science, AI, engineering, or a comparable field.
- Practical experience with AI, GenAI, or process automation.
- Knowledge of Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, and experience with REST APIs, JSON, or webhooks.
- Knowledge of Azure, Azure AI, or comparable cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of workflow automation, such as n8n or Microsoft Power Automate.
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or RAG approaches.
- Interest in conversational AI, chatbots, voicebots, or AI agents.
