Responsibilities
- Resolve low-complexity equipment software application and systems issues with some supervision.
- Provide customer software support through a software ticketing system.
- Assist with analyzing software issues reported on customer tools by field engineers.
- Learn product software, troubleshooting tools, infrastructure, documentation, and installation and upgrade procedures.
- Complete required company training and certifications for product knowledge.
Requirements
- Strong experience developing web applications using HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks and decoupled frontend architectures.
- Proficiency in C# or another object-oriented programming language.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Preferred: familiarity with DevOps practices, Docker, Git, virtualization technologies, and cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Preferred: programming experience in Python.
- Preferred: experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including MySQL, MariaDB, and MongoDB.
