Responsibilities

  • Resolve low-complexity equipment software application and systems issues with some supervision.
  • Provide customer software support through the Software Ticketing system.
  • Assist field engineers in analyzing software issues reported on customer tools.
  • Learn product software, troubleshooting tools, infrastructure, documentation, customer features, and installation or upgrade instructions.
  • Complete required company training and certifications for specific product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Strong experience developing web applications with HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks and decoupled frontend architectures.
  • Proficiency in C# or another object-oriented programming language.
  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Docker, Git, cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform, virtualization technologies, Python, MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB, or other NoSQL databases.
