Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, document, and operate scalable software solutions using native AWS technologies.
- Own and influence architecture and design while writing critical-path code for large-scale systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, customers, and internal partners to define requirements and translate business logic into reusable, scalable code.
- Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, including development, testing, and operations.
- Provide periodic on-call support and coach or mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience in software design or architecture, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Programming experience with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
