Responsibilities
- Drive technical wins for complex Gemini Enterprise workloads from evaluation through customer ramp and recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure for Google Cloud solutions.
- Combine sales strategies with direct development and prototyping to create functional, customer-tailored solutions and secure stakeholder buy-in.
- Provide technical consultation on enterprise AI integration patterns, build reusable go-to-market assets, and communicate customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
- Build and demonstrate integrations with Google Cloud products while documenting, prioritizing, and driving resolution of feature requests and issues through management systems.
- Travel to customer sites, conferences, and events as required and publicly advocate for Google Cloud.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Six years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
- Experience engaging with or presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
- Experience with programming languages, debugging, systems design, prototyping, demos, or customer workshops.
- Fluent English and Korean communication for customer-facing interactions with local stakeholders.
- Preferred: master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred: experience developing agents with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or Google AI Agent Development Kit (ADK).
- Preferred: knowledge of AI observability constructs, including distributed tracing, logging, and audit logging.
- Preferred: understanding of OpenAPI and Model Context Protocol integration patterns for connecting AI agents with business systems and API gateways.
- Preferred: familiarity with functional evaluation metrics for model and agent quality.
