Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Work directly with operational teams to observe workflows and identify automation opportunities.
- Rapidly prototype and refine automation solutions for production deployment.
- Create scripts, RPA workflows, and data pipelines to automate operational tasks.
- Partner with Team Leads to discover operational processes suitable for automation.
- Leverage RPA and AI approaches to build intelligent automation solutions.
- Support operational leaders in developing their own simple automations.
- Promote automation best practices and coach teams on innovation.
- Quantify the impact of automation initiatives and develop business cases.
- Communicate automation solutions and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Validate automation outputs to ensure reliability and quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in software engineering or automation development.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact, production-ready solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive solutions independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.
- Strong presentation skills to explain automation solutions and business impact.
