Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business workflows to identify opportunities for intelligent AI-driven automation.
- Lead the AI-agent lifecycle from design and prototyping through testing, deployment, configuration, and production operation.
- Build and configure AI agents for natural-language understanding, data extraction, decision-making, and multi-system interaction.
- Integrate AI agents and models with CRMs, ERPs, internal databases, and other enterprise applications.
- Develop custom connectors, APIs, and middleware for data exchange and process automation.
- Design evaluation and quality-control systems for continuous improvement of AI solutions.
- Monitor and tune AI-agent performance while ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and tools and mentor system administrators and junior developers.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience with cloud AI services such as OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, and AWS Bedrock, plus hands-on LLM API experience.
- Understanding of business-process analysis and re-engineering, NLP, LLMs, and ML principles.
- Experience with enterprise integration platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, or Boomi.
- Experience with conversational AI platforms and frameworks for chatbots and virtual assistants.
- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pandas, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Understanding of embeddings, vector databases, RAG systems, and knowledge graphs.
- Understanding of API design principles including REST, RPC, SSE, and GraphQL, plus JSON and XML data formats.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
- Experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Creative, analytical, entrepreneurial, and collaborative problem-solving approach.

- Canada base salary band is $140,000–$192,500 CAD and the USA base salary band is $128,000–$176,000 USD; additional compensation may include bonuses, commissions, equity, and benefits.
