Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze existing workflows for AI-driven automation opportunities.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI agent development from design to deployment.
- Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of AI agent development through monitoring and performance tuning.
- Design integration solutions to connect AI agents with enterprise systems.
- Implement an evaluation system for quality control and continuous improvement.
- Build and configure AI agents for tasks like natural language understanding and decision-making.
- Develop custom connectors and APIs for data exchange and process automation.
- Explore and evaluate new AI technologies to drive innovation.
- Mentor system admins and junior developers in AI agent configuration.
Requirements
- Experience with AI services from major cloud providers and LLM APIs.
- Solid understanding of business process analysis and re-engineering.
- Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), LLMs, and ML principles.
- Experience with enterprise integration platforms and RPA platforms is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with conversational AI platforms for chatbots.
- Proficiency in Python and associated AI/ML libraries.
- Understanding of embedding processes, vector databases, and knowledge graphs.
- Strong understanding of API design principles and data formats.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
