Base Salary
$70k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, maintain, and optimize AI and machine learning solutions aligned with business priorities.
- Develop generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, RAG, agent-based, and LLM-powered solutions.
- Build scalable AI applications, APIs, and services and integrate models into enterprise systems and workflows.
- Develop, train, evaluate, fine-tune, monitor, and improve machine learning and AI models.
- Collaborate with data science, infrastructure, security, business, and technology teams to operationalize and support AI solutions in production.
- Translate business needs into technical designs, implementation plans, business cases, and AI investment recommendations.
- Implement MLOps and DevOps practices, along with monitoring, testing, governance, security, risk, and performance frameworks.
- Participate in Agile project delivery, including planning, backlog refinement, risk and dependency management, and stakeholder communications.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience developing machine learning and AI solutions in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, and Hugging Face or similar technologies.
- Experience building and deploying generative AI and large language model solutions.
- Strong understanding of machine learning lifecycle management and MLOps practices.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud; API development; data integration; and software engineering best practices.
- Knowledge of AI governance, security, risk management, and responsible AI principles, plus experience in Agile delivery teams.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Azure OpenAI, Copilot technologies, AI agents, RAG architectures, intelligent or process automation, workflow orchestration, vector databases, knowledge management platforms, semantic search, and regulated industries.
- Relevant certifications in AI, cloud computing, or machine learning are preferred.
