Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and roll out new application functions and services.
- Understand business requirements and deliver features with high quality and speed.
- Maintain and improve service levels.
- Coordinate and negotiate smoothly with internal and external vendors.
- Take responsibility for non-functional requirements including performance, security, and productivity.
Requirements
- At least five years of Android or iOS native application development experience.
- At least three years of experience using Android Studio, Gradle, Xcode, and Git.
- Knowledge and experience with up-to-date front-end technologies.
- Experience securing non-functional requirements such as performance, security, and productivity.
- Preferred experience with Web APIs, financial-system application design, end-user services, web applications, distributed development, Agile development, continuous integration, and lead engineering.
- Japanese language proficiency at an overall fluent level.
- Strong logical thinking, flexibility, multitasking ability, proactivity, and initiative.
