Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, delivery, and operational support of scalable full-stack product capabilities.
- Partner with product, engineering, compliance, and business stakeholders to define requirements, architecture, trade-offs, and delivery plans.
- Apply AI-enabled engineering practices and embed responsible AI capabilities into products and services.
- Build scalable, resilient, secure, observable, and maintainable systems.
- Champion automated testing, software quality, development operations, production readiness, and site reliability practices.
- Mentor engineers, raise technical standards, and promote innovation and continuous learning.
- Drive platform modernization across investment and compliance workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related STEM discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale applications and platforms in production.
- Experience with AI-enabled engineering practices, intelligent development tools, and responsible AI techniques.
- Strong full-stack engineering expertise with modern application architectures, APIs, distributed systems, and large-scale platform design.
- Experience building and operating cloud-native platforms with modern infrastructure, deployment, observability, and platform engineering practices, including enterprise-grade container orchestration supporting declarative infrastructure and horizontal scaling.
- Experience in financial services, investment technology, compliance technology, or regulatory technology and understanding of controls-oriented workflows.
- Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
