Responsibilities
- Build high-impact features and contribute to architecture design for mediation and billing services.
- Maintain existing components and develop new services across the product lifecycle.
- Improve resiliency, scalability, security, fault tolerance, code readability, and test coverage.
- Identify improvement opportunities through integrations, documentation, and new process flows.
- Test applications, conduct meaningful code reviews, and mentor junior team members when needed.
- Work collaboratively using an Agile methodology.
Requirements
- Understand billing in the telecom or utilities industries.
- Have proven experience with billing systems such as Amdocs, CSG, or Oracle BRM; Oracle BRM experience is a plus.
- Have experience with mediation systems such as DigitalRoute MediationZone as a plus.
- Be proficient in consuming REST APIs, with basic software development skills advantageous.
- Be familiar with relational databases, Git, and CI/CD flows.
- Have a basic understanding of cloud services and scalable infrastructure.
- Communicate fluently in written and spoken English and work with a self-motivated, autonomous mindset.
