Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend applications using Java 17, Spring Boot, and APIs.
- Design and implement scalable microservices architectures using software design patterns.
- Build integrations with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Develop event-driven solutions using Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Contribute to cloud-native applications deployed on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, software quality, security, scalability, and performance in collaboration with DevOps teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical discussions, architectural decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives with international cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Higher education degree or attendance in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science and Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience developing Java-based web applications, including Java 17, Spring Framework, and API development.
- Strong knowledge of microservices, object-oriented programming, software design patterns, security best practices, and scalable distributed systems.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL databases, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP, DevOps practices, and Agile software development.
- Fluent English and strong communication and collaboration skills are required.
- Experience with Test-Driven Development and Behavior-Driven Development is preferred.
- Experience with CI/CD and Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes is preferred.
- Knowledge of Angular, ReactJS, or Vue.js is preferred.
