Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, architect, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that leverage generative AI models.
- Build frontend and backend solutions using modern web frameworks and technologies.
- Integrate generative AI models, APIs, and fine-tuned models into web-based products.
- Ingest, process, unify, enrich, and analyze large and disparate data sets using big-data technologies.
- Deploy applications on cloud platforms and recommend or build data platforms and solutions.
- Work with AI/ML engineers, designers, and product managers to create intelligent user experiences.
- Write tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain product quality.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and opportunities to improve data systems and solutions.
- Apply data-driven approaches and KPIs to connect technology solutions to business outcomes.
- Collaborate with government clients and stakeholders to clarify problems, build consensus, and deliver mission-focused solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
- At least 3–5+ years of experience with modern web development, backend development, generative-AI integration, cloud deployment, and related data engineering.
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and modern web frameworks such as React or Next.js.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or FastAPI.
- Experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or Vercel.
- Understanding of generative AI models, including OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source LLMs.
- Understanding of statistical modeling, ETL, data ingestion, data cleansing, and data engineering.
- Hands-on experience with big-data technologies in Hadoop, AWS, or Microsoft ecosystems.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree or above in mathematics, information systems, statistics, computer science, or a related discipline.
- Preferred: experience with vector databases, AI inference optimization, open-source AI and web projects, RAG, or model fine-tuning.
- Preferred: strong business understanding of data-science applications and the ability to communicate clearly with decision-makers.
- Must be comfortable working in person as needed and willing to travel 20–30% or more.
Benefits
- Base salary ranges from $106,900 to $176,500 in other U.S. locations, $128,400 to $192,500 in New York City, Boston, Washington DC Metro, Washington State, and Southern California, and $133,600 to $200,600 in Bay Area California offices.

- Work may occur at client, EY, or contractor sites, with travel of 20–30% or more depending on client and project needs.
