Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and operate end-to-end full-stack AI solutions with database architectures, Python microservices, and modern web frontends.
- Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and automated development, testing, and deployment processes for AI and ML applications.
- Develop, fine-tune, and deploy AI models while ensuring robustness, performance, scalability, security, and compliance.
- Design and implement agentic AI use cases, including multi-agent workflows and custom function tools and integrations.
- Integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems through MCP server configuration, Python-based tools, ETL pipelines, and microservices.
- Deploy and scale AI agents and workloads on OpenShift and Google Kubernetes Engine.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, advise on scalable AI solutions, and identify opportunities to improve existing processes and applications.
Requirements
- Several years of relevant professional experience in DevOps, AI engineering, Python development, data analytics, or related AI-driven environments.
- Strong experience designing and deploying enterprise-grade AI and microservice architectures, including large language models, agent architectures, and modern AI development frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python, Google ADK, GCP, vector databases, DevOps tooling, GitHub, Terraform, and scalable microservice architectures.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across business and technology teams.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, solve problems, and drive complex topics forward.
- Understanding of responsible AI principles and ethical considerations in enterprise environments.
- Excellent written and spoken English; German language skills are advantageous.
