Responsibilities
- Own Technical Engagement Plans (TEPs) for focus partners.
- Guide partners through high-stakes Technical Validation cycles.
- Lead technical 'Build-a-thons' and hands-on laboratory sessions.
- Build deep relationships with partner pre-sales teams.
- Collaborate on 'design wins' by developing repeatable technical blueprints.
Requirements
- Direct experience with the Elastic Stack or similar technologies.
- 8+ years of experience in technical or PreSales roles.
- Proven ability to design and build technical prototypes.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code.
- 3+ years in a partner-facing role focused on enabling engineering teams.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into scalable solutions.
