Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development of product features across frontend and backend.
- Integrate Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar AI coding tools into daily development workflows.
- Translate product requirements into working implementations with minimal frontend-backend handoff friction.
- Serve as a full stack seed by championing full stack practices, mentoring peers, and scaling AI-augmented development.
- Identify cross-team efficiency bottlenecks and propose improvements to product, design, and engineering processes.
- Contribute across the product lifecycle from ideation and design through deployment and iteration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above is required, with Computer Science or an AI-related major preferred.
- Requires 1–5 years of professional experience and production experience owning end-to-end projects.
- Requires proficiency in Node.js and React plus a solid foundation in Java or Golang.
- Requires familiarity with database design, data modeling, and core backend concepts.
- Requires strong proficiency with mainstream AI coding tools and the ability to review, validate, and correct AI-generated code.
- Frontend-focused candidates should have strong React engineering depth, TypeScript expertise, familiarity with build tooling and automated testing, and knowledge of rendering and performance optimization.
- Backend-focused candidates should understand high-concurrency programming, threading, locking, asynchronous programming, message queues such as Kafka or RabbitMQ, and distributed-systems fundamentals.
- Strong logical thinking, communication, product judgment, initiative, and willingness to learn are required.
