Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test cases for Intune across web UI, Android/iOS mobile devices, and Windows devices.
- Perform functional, regression, compatibility, UX, and end-to-end testing across platforms and operating-system versions.
- Configure and validate devices enrolled under different Intune compliance and policy scenarios.
- Troubleshoot test failures using logs, UI traces, and system configurations.
- Contribute to build verification tests and sprint sign-off validations.
- Implement test data generation, environment setup, and automation-stability best practices.
- Collaborate with developers and subject-matter experts to identify root causes and drive defect fixes.
- Optimize automation frameworks and pipelines to improve test coverage and stability.
- Use Azure DevOps CI/CD tools to enable unattended and scalable test execution.
- Provide reporting and insights through Power BI and ADO Reports dashboards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of SDET or test-automation experience.
- Strong scripting or coding skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, or Python, with TypeScript and C# mandatory.
- Hands-on automation experience with Playwright, Selenium, or Appium, with Playwright mandatory and preferred as the primary framework.
- Working knowledge of Android, iOS, and Windows 10/11 environments.
- Experience validating Enterprise Mobility Management or similar device workflows.
- Understanding of AAD, policy deployment, enrollment flows, and identity and security models.
- Working experience with CI/CD and version control using Azure DevOps and Git.
- Experience with Graph API, backend validation, or service-level testing is preferred.
- Knowledge of PowerShell, ADB tools, Xcode tools, or Wireshark is preferred.
- Familiarity with CMSherlock, Geneva Synthetics, or similar automation tools is preferred.
- Exposure to Intune, endpoint security, MDM/EMM platforms, or UEM solutions is preferred.
- Basic understanding of LLM/Copilot-assisted automation or self-healing frameworks is preferred.
