Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test cases for ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Build and maintain automated test suites using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, UAT, release, and post-production sanity testing.
Validate ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, and GRC implementations, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders on requirements and acceptance criteria.
Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect management and test management tools.
Prepare test execution reports and quality metrics and ensure data integrity and platform stability.
Participate in sprint ceremonies and Agile QA activities.

3–5 years of QA/testing experience on the ServiceNow platform.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Strong understanding of ITSM modules, ITAM processes and CMDB, and GRC applications.
Experience writing manual and automated test cases.
Knowledge of SDLC/STLC and Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows, forms, catalogs, reports, and integrations.
Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
Good understanding of JavaScript in a ServiceNow context.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
ServiceNow CSA certification preferred; CAD or CIS certifications in ITSM, ITAM, or GRC are advantageous.
Experience with API testing and integration validation preferred.
Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices preferred.
Exposure to Selenium or other automation tools is a plus.
Experience in telecom, banking, healthcare, or enterprise IT environments, compliance frameworks, audit processes, ServiceNow upgrade testing, and release validation is beneficial.
