Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test solutions using Playwright and Selenium with Java.
- Build and maintain automation frameworks and execute functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Run the end-to-end quality engineering function to improve testing control, accuracy, and integrity.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration and contribute to product and business-alignment decisions.
- Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement in productivity and product quality.
- Work independently, handle tasks end-to-end, and use AI tools to improve testing efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of overall experience is required.
- At least 5 years of experience with Playwright is required.
- Strong automation knowledge in Playwright and good automation knowledge in Selenium with Java.
- Strong understanding of software testing concepts, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Experience designing and developing automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, and defect management tools.
- Familiarity with ALM Octane or similar test management tools is preferred.
- Experience working with Agile methodology.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
